About the role

Warning: We work 7 days a week. We’re building fast.

We’re not selling software. We’re plugging into real estate portfolios and turning them into income machines, with very little friction for operators. And the results speak for themselves: better NOI, happier renters, and zero new headcount.

Now we’re ready to go bigger, and we need someone to own the entire institutional multifamily segment. You’ll bring the relationships, the context, and the credibility to get into the room. You’ll bring the pitch. You’ll close the deals. And you’ll shape how we scale this channel from the ground up.


What You’ll Do

  • Own multifamily institutional sales from end to end - prospecting, pitching, closing, expanding
  • Tap into your existing relationships with owners, asset managers, or RE private equity firms
  • Speak their language—insurance, finance, NOI, yield - not just “features”
  • Build all sales materials: decks, 1-pagers, email copy, battle cards, and ROI breakdowns
  • Run an outbound-heavy motion - calls, events, dinners, follow-ups, repeat
  • Travel often to build trust and get deals over the line
  • Shape how we sell to the institutional world, then own that channel like a founder

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in Investor Relations, Real Estate Private Equity, or Institutional Sales
  • Deep understanding of multifamily - how deals work, how portfolios are managed, how owners think
  • Rolodex of owners, operators, or asset managers in the multifamily space
  • Executive presence: You can walk into a room full of GPs or managing partners and drive the conversation
  • Self-sufficient: You make your own decks, write your own emails, and never wait for someone to tell you what to do
  • Fluent in real estate and finance, terms like loss ratio, NOI lift, and FFO don’t need explaining

  • You’ve built a qualified pipeline of $10M+ in new opportunity within 90 days
  • You’re regularly closing new institutional accounts with 5,000+ unit portfolios
  • You’re shaping how we talk to the market and setting the tone for the whole org
