We’re looking for a Supply Chain manager - US to own and scale the supply side of our marketplace. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building, and is excited about turning a complex sourcing operation into a well-oiled, scalable machine. You’ll be responsible for building and managing our US-based supplier ecosystem, and ensuring we meet the highest standards in quality, reliability, and delivery. Our model gives us deep visibility and influence across the entire sourcing process, allowing us to ensure quality, speed, and cost-efficiency at scale. You’ll be the steward of our US supply network - managing capacity, solving challenges, and helping our partners grow with us.

You’ll work closely with our supply chain, product, and sales teams to ensure the experience is seamless for both our customers and our suppliers.

What you’ll do

• Own and scale our US supply chain operations
• Manage onboarding, vetting, and ramp-up of new suppliers
• Maintain and grow strong, collaborative relationships with manufacturing partners
• Monitor capacity and performance to ensure healthy supplier utilization and risk mitigation
• Proactively resolve delivery, quality, and communication issues
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across the supply network
• Negotiate terms and pricing that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations, product) to align supplier capabilities with customer needs
• Act as a champion for our suppliers inside the company, and for our company inside the supply chain

You’re a fit if you

• Have 3+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing ops, ideally with custom mechanical parts
• Have managed or built supply networks before - bonus if in aerospace, defense or robotic
• Have led or coached teams (even small ones) and love helping others grow
• Are a strong communicator and relationship builder - people like working with you
• Thrive in fast-moving, remote-first environments
• Own outcomes, move fast, and don’t wait for permission
• Are entrepreneurial, scrappy, and excited to help build a world-class supply chain from scratch
