Remote: We are a fully remote company with team members from over 5 countries.

Culture: We never count hours and measure team members by performance and communication only. We hate micro-management and we 100% trust team members to perform tasks and to be honest with each other.

Meetings: We have a no-BS-meeting policy. We will have one weekly with the whole company and another one with the dev team. That's it.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the product features, UX, workflow and post-production
• Manage backlog and documentation
• Write product specs and prioritize tasks
• Communicate, coordinate and interview internal and external stakeholders (sales, ops, users, founders)
• Work with design, UX and development to deliver a 10x product experience
• Solve blockers and make sure everyone is running fast
• Review features before delivery
• Work with QA to triage bugs, ensure product quality and address bugs in production
• Analyze product usage post-release
• Set and monitor product KPIs
• Run product experiments
• Define in depth UX flows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management (ideally B2B)
• Proven track record of shipping complex products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design
• Experience writing detailed product specs and managing a product backlog
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
• Proficiency with product and project management tools
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Hands on background in UX design or software development - a great plus
