Role Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, banks, and key industry players.
2. Drive partnerships from initial outreach to execution, ensuring business and product alignment.
3. Analyze market trends and user behavior to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
4. Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and optimize business processes for efficiency.

Role Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in business development, financial partnerships, or a strategic role in fintech.
2. Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
3. Deep understanding of consumer fintech products and market dynamics.
4. Proven track record of driving impactful partnerships.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English and Bahasa.
