If you're a Senior Machine Learning Engineer experienced with Speech recognition and are excited to work at the cutting edge of product design, applied ML research, and MLOps, then go ahead and apply! 🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Several years hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition, including developing and optimising ASR-systems (not just academic research)

• Excellent foundation in STT (Speech-to-Text) system development with a focus on real-world applications

• Experience with owning the ML process end-to-end : from concept and exploration, to model productionization, maintenance, monitoring and optimization

• Shipped ML models to production with Python and PyTorch

• Trained new models from scratch and not just fine-tuning existing ones

Challenges We run our ASR/NLP models locally on smartphones. Models need to be resource-efficient yet really accurate. With every user interaction data is generated and used for model improvements. This data needs to be processed continuously, automatically quality-assured and used for new model training.

We deploy into production on average every 6h and release updated machine learning models several times a week.
