The Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing team. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and user satisfaction of our platform, from new feature rollouts to ongoing regression testing. You will spearhead test planning, execution, and automation in collaboration with our QA automation team (Playwright). If you are passionate about delivering high-quality products, thrive in fast-paced environments, and value cross-functional teamwork, then this could be your perfect next step.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with product owners and developers to design, plan, and execute test strategies for new features before they go live.
• Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright to ensure consistent and repeatable validation of frontend and backend functionalities.
• Coordinate regression test cycles, prioritizing and scheduling the tests to align with release timelines.
• Work closely with our QA automation team to expand test coverage, streamline testing processes, and implement best practices.
• Track, analyze, and document testing progress and results, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and report software defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure quick resolution.
• Continuously improve the overall QA process by researching and implementing emerging testing tools, practices, and strategies.

Who You Are:

• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality products through careful testing and validation.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and passionate about ensuring smooth, bug-free releases through both manual and automated testing.
• Familiar with QA automation tools (preferably Playwright) and have up to 2 years of experience in software testing or development.
• Organized and self-driven, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to rapid development cycles.
• You excel at cross-functional communication, clearly documenting findings and collaborating closely with development, product, and support teams.
• Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in your role, with an openness to tackling new challenges beyond the scope of typical QA responsibilities.
