As we enter hyper-scale, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to be a thought and execution partner to our Founder & CEO, lead strategic initiatives across our vertically-integrated org, and support aggressive growth plans to transform an archaic industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

• Partner directly with the CEO to refine, implement, and track OKRs
• Independently drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
• Translate high-level CEO directives into execution plans with clear accountability

Stakeholder Management

• Manage ownership and cultural entropy as the organization scales
• Support CEO in investor relations, including preparation of strategic materials
• Bridge high-touch communication between CEO and engineering/sales teams

Organizational Effectiveness

• Proactively ensure CEO's time and attention are allocated with maximum leverage
• Act with CEO-level authority on delegated matters
• Provide unfiltered perspective on organizational health and strategic challenges

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, or operations
• Track record of successful project execution in ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree in relevant analytical field

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to CEO with regular interaction with the full executive team.

Note: This position is distinct from an Executive Assistant role._ While supporting the CEO, the Chief of Staff functions as a true leadership team member._
