About the role

Role Introduction

We're seeking an Implementation Team Lead to drive the technical deployment and integration of our AI employee platform for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for ensuring successful customer implementations, developing custom integrations, and solving complex technical challenges that arise during deployment. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll bridge the gap between our product capabilities and customer environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while delivering tangible business value in an exciting startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of our AI employee platform for enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
  • Design and develop custom integrations between our platform and customer systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
  • Configure and customize the platform to meet specific customer requirements, including user management, authentication, and data workflows.
  • Create implementation plans and technical documentation that guide customers through the deployment process.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation, working with engineering teams to develop solutions when needed.
  • Develop scripts, tools, and automations that streamline the implementation process and ensure consistent, high-quality deployments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities to assess technical feasibility, scope implementation requirements, and set accurate expectations.
  • Partner with product management to communicate customer requirements and influence the product roadmap based on implementation insights.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers to ensure they can effectively manage and maintain their implementation.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, integration patterns, and security considerations for enterprise software deployments.

Core Skills

  • Technical Integration: Expert knowledge of API integration patterns, authentication methods, and enterprise system connectivity
  • Solution Design: Ability to architect scalable, secure deployment solutions that meet complex business requirements
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to overcome implementation challenges
  • Technical Communication: Skill in explaining complex technical concepts to audiences with varying technical expertise
  • Project Management: Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar roles for enterprise software products.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) for integration development.
  • Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, and other modern integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing enterprise SaaS solutions, including handling data migration, SSO configuration, and custom integrations.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its implications for enterprise software deployment.
  • Experience with common enterprise systems and applications that require integration (CRM, HRIS, productivity suites, etc.).
  • Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and conduct effective customer training.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field; equivalent professional experience accepted.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or enterprise productivity solutions.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations for enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data migration and integration projects.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and business process integration.
  • Background working with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and identity management.
  • Understanding of change management principles to drive user adoption after implementation.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
  • Certification in relevant technologies, cloud platforms, or project management methodologies.
