Role Introduction

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of our AI employee platform. You will be responsible for leading the design vision, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring our product delivers an exceptional user experience. As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI functionality into simple, elegant experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and strategy for our AI employee platform, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and delightful user experience across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, elegant interfaces that make advanced technology accessible to everyday business users.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency while enabling efficient design and development processes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve the product experience.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the development process to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, helping them grow their skills while maintaining design quality standards.
• Stay informed about UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies, incorporating relevant innovations into our design practice.
• Advocate for the user perspective in product discussions and prioritization decisions, using research and data to support design rationales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading design for digital products, with demonstrated expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design process and polished UI work, preferably for B2B or enterprise products.
• Experience designing complex web applications, productivity tools, or AI/ML-driven interfaces.
• Proven track record of shipping designs for successful products with measurable impact on user experience.
• Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches for scalable products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and present work effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for AI-powered products, enterprise software, or productivity tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing inclusive experiences.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts and limitations (HTML, CSS, React components).
