Glimpse offers AI services for retail brands starting with an AI deductions service. Deductions are fees that brands incur from their distributors & retailers & brands 2-3% of their topline sales to invalid deductions. Glimpse automates this end to end directly impacting the bottom line with the vision of becoming a suite of services to help brands succeed.

Since launching in April 2024, Glimpse has quickly grown from 0 --> 100 customers with a small team (3 founders until October 2024 and 8 as of February 2025). Our team operates in person in NYC and everyone has high ownership a we continue to grow exponentially.

Prior to launching this, the Glimpse founders previously built the first Airbnb product placement network and have spent 6 years building solutions for consumer brands.

About the role

Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile and process minded individual to be a key early hire in helping scale our go to market function. You’ll work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, inbound, outbound, and functions like product / CS / finance to accelerate growth, improve sales efficiency, and ensure we’re making data-driven decisions. If you love solving ambiguous problems, building from scratch, and making a direct impact on revenue, this role is for you.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in fast paced environments (startups, consulting, banking, biz ops roles)
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional roles
  • Ability work 5 days a week in our NYC office
  • (Preferred) familiarity with consumer brands / retail
  • (Preferred) experience with CRM tools & AI-native sales tools
  • (Preferred) ex-founders or experience working at scaling early stage startups

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute projects and work cross functionally across marketing, outbound, inbound, partnerships, and sales to drive growth
  • Ensure that efforts are executing across all different channels to ensure that leads are being maximized, tracked, and closed
  • Support conference and trade show execution
  • Manage and scale revenue operations such as CRM and sales tools
  • Serve as an execution & though partner to co-founder / CEO in scaling our go-to-market function
  • Launch new experiments and projects to drive revenue growth

About Us

Glimpse offers AI-services for consumer brands starting with an AI deductions analyst. Deductions are fees that brands receive from their retailers & distributors as a cost of doing business - these fees can be up to 30% of topline sales, with 10% being invalid - meaning brands are losing 2-3% of their topline sales to invalid fees. Glimpse handles the end to end, laborious process of identifying invalid deductions and recouping that lost money while powering key workflows across accounting and trade management. Our vision is build the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands using AI.
