Banner is the operating system for real estate teams. From building acquisition to disposition, Banner moves all communications, workflows, spreadsheets, and file-sharing into one system. With Banner, customers automate away 80%+ of their administrative work, saving up to 10% on project costs. The company is founded by Mark Murphy who formerly worked in RE finance, along with Kunal Chaudhary and Eric Gao, both UC Berkeley EECS alums.

Banner Technologies is looking for a marketing coordinator who wants to help build with us. This would be a new function within Banner, so you will work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to define goals, develop a plan, and execute. We are looking for somebody who is goal-focused and can ‘just get stuff done’.

Banner’s platform helps the country's largest commercial real estate owners (Blackstone, Starwood, Morgan Properties, etc) manage their numerous capital projects. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, driven person to join our GTM team to help us expand into new verticals and land new logos.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to plan out all marketing activities
• Execute the plans with a sense of urgency
• Manage content marketing, events, experiential marketing, and digital strategy as well as anything else you can think of that drives revenue
• Track outcomes of events and initiatives
• Have a great eye for design

Qualifications

• Top-notch organization skills (this is extremely important with this role)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a portfolio of content is ideal
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
