As our Head of Customer Success , you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and scaling of customer success initiatives at Sully.ai. You will ensure that healthcare providers not only adopt our innovative solutions quickly but also derive ongoing value from them. This role is designed for a leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, startup environment.
This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong, enduring customer relationships and driving scalable success.
🚀 Must-Have Experience
✅ Startup & SaaS Expertise: You’ve been a Founder, Co-Founder, or a senior leader in customer success at a startup (ideally in a sub-10 or sub-20 person team).
✅ Customer Lifecycle Mastery: Proven experience managing the full customer journey—from acquisition through expansion—with a track record of high retention and satisfaction.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled in using CRM and customer success platforms to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvements.
✅ Exceptional Communicator: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams.
✅ Operational & Strategic Leader: Experience developing scalable processes and strategies in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
