Job Descriptions:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with investors, business partners, clients, and vendors.
2. Ensure contracts comply with legal regulations and company policies.
3. Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risks of business agreements.
4. Assist with the submission of regulatory and legal compliance documents.
5. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and business operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Law (with a focus on Corporate or Contract Law preferred).
2. 1-2 years experience in contract law, ideally in fintech or banking.
3. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
