Wearable and At-Home protein monitoring with silicon photonic chips

What we are looking for

We are seeking an operator who will assemble the microfluidic cartridge that is part of SiPhox’s medical diagnostic device. The first 3 months will be on a contract basis and the role can evolve to become a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and microfluidic components
• Operation of simple mechanical fixtures and complex inspection tools
• Conduct quality control and inspection of incoming parts
• Manage inventory of parts
• Perform functional tests on assembled cartridges
• Give feedback to engineers and propose improvement to the assembly process

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with the rest of the team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, write and understand English
