We aim to provide valuable resources and foster connections among individuals passionate about health and pharmacy-driven beauty. As we develop our community platform, we are looking for a skilled Community Manager to lead our engagement efforts.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in writing and a strong understanding of the skincare and wellness industry. You will be responsible for managing our community platform, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies across various platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters).
  • Create compelling written content, including articles, social media posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
  • Moderate discussions within the community, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage online/offline events and webinars to boost community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to align messaging and initiatives.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in community management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role within the skincare or wellness industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and community engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred.
