Role Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for User Health Solutions, you will be instrumental in enhancing SiPhox’s health offerings by designing cutting-edge health programs, biomarkers panels, and AI-powered solutions that turn insights into actionable recommendations for users. This role sits at the intersection of product management, user experience and technology development, driving both innovation and user satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and medical experts to design and deliver exceptional user experiences that empower individuals to optimize their health. Understanding of biomarkers, and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into user-friendly products will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Management

• Build and maintain a roadmap for post-purchase user engagement, focusing on retention and long-term health improvement.
• Develop and enhance SiPhox’s health programs, biomarker panels, and AI-driven solutions for users.
• Develop and enhance products while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Create detailed and comprehensive requirements for web-based and mobile app products that enhance customer satisfaction and generate measurable business impact.
• Translate clinical and scientific insights into actionable health recommendations for end users.
• Drive the development of proactive web based and in-app features that increase user engagement and improve user experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with software developers to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
• Collaborate with labs and clinical team to design and refine health programs, ensuring clinical relevance and value.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical product management experience
• Deep intuition for user experience and design
• Proven experience in product management, including expertise in eCommerce, consumer apps and fast growing startups. Plus if you have experience in wearables or healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver insights and solutions that prioritize user experience.

Bonus

• Background in clinical practice or health research is a strong plus.
• Experience in medicine, biomarkers, or health sciences.
• Understanding of AI applications in health optimization.
• Experience with user engagement and retention strategies in health-related products.
