We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. This role will be
essential in designing, implementing, and maintaining our security architecture while ensuring
compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Security Architecture, Strategy, and Compliance
○ Design and implement robust security frameworks to protect company and
client data.
○ Identify vulnerabilities in current systems and provide actionable
recommendations to address them.
○ Develop and implement security protocols and policies tailored to Axross's
operations, including IoT systems and cloud platforms.
○ Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations, including ISO 27001,
GDPR, and other industry standards.
● Risk Assessment & Incident Management
○ Conduct regular security risk assessments and penetration tests to identify
potential threats.
○ Oversee and respond to cybersecurity incidents, mitigating risks to minimize
business impact.
○ Provide real-time incident reports and recommend preventive measures for
future scenarios.
● Collaboration with Teams
○ Collaborate with IT teams to safeguard Axross's internal infrastructure, including
IoT devices, cloud services, and client portals.
○ Proactively recommend improvements to enhance Axross’s overall security
posture.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, with expertise in Expertise in cloud security
(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and IoT security, AI systems, and industrial control
systems (ICS).
○ Security experience for on-premises servers and involvement in network security
for on-premises infrastructure.
○ Proven track record in penetration testing, incident response, and vulnerability
management.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in network security tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security
protocols.
○ Familiarity with IoT security frameworks, AI model vulnerabilities, and
operational technology (OT) systems.
○ Hands-on experience with tools like NMAP, Nessus, Splunk, and SIEM
platforms.
● Soft Skill :
○ Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
○ Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and mitigate complex
cybersecurity challenges.
● Certifications:
○ Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or GIAC.
