Job Description:

Sepal AI is seeking to hire a Data Operations Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key processes associated with ensuring data campaigns are successful. This entails being deeply involved with data quality expert labeler activity. This is absolutely core to the value we deliver to our customers. You will report directly to our Co-Founding team and will be a critical part delivering Sepal AI’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Generation Campaign Management:
  • Oversee data generation projects to support various departments within the company.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • Drive high quality labeling and data curation operations
• Own Recruitment & Selection outcomes:
  • Interface with Sepal AI’s recruitment team members to drive quality candidate selection.
• Support:
  • Assist in developing employer branding and outreach programs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
