CrowdVolt is revolutionizing how tickets are bought and sold, starting with raves and electronic dance music concerts.
We graduated from Y Combinator last December and have since raised a $2M+ seed round. With rapid growth underway, we’re seeking a motivated and adaptable winter intern to focus on product, operations, and customer success. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to streamline operations, shape the product roadmap, and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Do

Support Product Development: Collaborate with the team to ideate, test, and roll out new features based on user feedback and data insights.

Optimize Operations: Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability across the business.

Assist with Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries and feedback with a focus on delivering excellent service and improving retention.
