We are creating an AI system that can design anything. Ambitious engineering projects—like space colonies and humanoid robots—haven't materialized yet. It's not due to a lack of money but because it's extremely difficult to assemble enough talented people to work together on them. Our aim is to transform this from being limited by human resources to something that is limited by computing power.

We are hiring a Customer Success Engineer to support our clients with onboarding and ongoing assistance. This is a remote role, but you will be required to travel to customer sites across Northern Virginia, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, and other states, sometimes on short notice.

You should have a strong understanding of data center development and operations. Exceptional people skills are essential.

Your top priority will be solving customer problems effectively.
