We’re looking for a Recruiter to own full life cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions at FlutterFlow, including both Technical and Business roles. As the first recruiter on our People Operations team, you’ll have a direct impact on building a diverse and talented team in a fast-growing startup environment. This is a remote role, giving you flexibility to work from anywhere in the US while helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent. 1. Initial Screen – A conversation with our Head of People Ops to discuss your background and interest in joining FlutterFlow.
2. Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper dive with our Head of People Ops to explore your recruiting experience and discuss how you would contribute to our team’s growth.
3. Team Interviews – You’ll meet with members of our engineering and business leadership teams. This is an opportunity for you to learn about our team dynamics and priorities from different perspectives.
4. Take-Home Assessment & Panel Presentation – You’ll complete a take-home project designed to reflect a typical challenge for this role. Afterward, you’ll present your work to a panel for feedback and discussion. This stage is designed to help us understand your approach to recruiting and how you might make an impact here.
5. Co-Founder Interviews – A final conversation with our Co-Founders, where you’ll have the chance to discuss the company’s vision and learn about our long-term goals and mission directly from our co-founders.
