Recall is the universal API for meeting bots. Our unified API captures data from meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. We support over 700 companies today, and process millions of hours of meeting data every year. We provide a simple API to a problem that typically takes our customers more than a year to build in house, and a team of 5 to maintain forever.

We’re at an inflection point in our growth. In a market where everyone is mining for gold, we’re selling shovels. We grew 1300% last year to multi-million ARR, and serve category leaders such as Calendly, Apollo.io, Instacart, Mindtickle, and more. Our NRR is 150%.

About the role

As our first PMM, you will pioneer the marketing motion, shape our culture, and super charge our growth. You will be the connective tissue between marketing, customer success, sales and product. You’ll operationalize our current product marketing motion to be more scalable and repeatable. You’ll work closely with our Growth Marketers, VP of Sales, and COO. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring they are aligned with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully launch new products to both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Create sales collateral that resonate with buyers.
  • Work with contractors to create and distribute content in multiple formats, including:
    • Blogs
    • Video
    • Social
  • Create case studies with our customers and turn them into valuable social proof.
  • Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products.
  • Actively oversee the prioritization and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Regularly track and report on key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Directly engage with at least 10 customers per month to gather feedback and insights that will inform product marketing strategy and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to developers.
  • Excellent technical written communication skills.
  • SEO experience.
  • Proven track record of past successes.
  • Metrics-driven & an experimental mindset.
  • Bonus points: Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
