We’re hiring a founding engineer to help us unlock our next stage of growth. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Build pragmatic 0-to-1 and 1-to-n solutions, critical to driving customer impact and revenue today
• Solve hard audio data-related research problems that are long-term strategic to the business
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, who are the best researchers at the best labs in the space

• Experience or interest in audio – could be speech AI product engineering or research, signal processing, or audio engineering
• Extreme ownership mentality – you care about the success of the business as much as you do your work product
• Excited to build solutions directly impacting revenue now, as well as solve complex technical problems that drive step-changes in our offering
• Have a track-record of shipping high-quality, end-to-end features in early-stage (0-to-1) and growth (1-to-n) environments
• Collaborative team-player, with a bias towards action and a ‘yes’-first mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in on other functions
• Ready to grind with us late nights and weekends
• Excited to partner directly with the CTO and CEO every day

Technical challenges you’d work on

• Ship full-stack features (spanning across frontend, backend, ML) that you can iterate on directly with our users
• Design engineering solutions to improve the efficiency of our data generation operations
• Build out data pipelines capable of processing terabytes of audio data daily, using automated quality control and modern orchestration tools
• Develop and deploy audio-focused ML/LLM solutions, managing the full lifecycle from research/prototyping to production
