About:
Measured makes sustainable weight loss achievable for the millions of Americans struggling with obesity by combining personalized treatment plans, prescription medication, and ongoing support.

We’re seeking a data-driven Fractional Head of Growth (~20 hours/week) to join our team. This person will play a critical role in expanding our patient base while maintaining a focus on unit economics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing strategies across both organic and paid channels to drive significant, yet sustainable, growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that balances organic and paid acquisition channels to sustainably increase the number of patients.
    • Analyze and optimize performance across acquisition channels, including paid ads, SEO and email.
    • Identify and test new channels for growth
  • Marketing Channel Ownership:
    • Own the relationship with our growth marketing agency as they manage our paid channels – ensuring they’re implementing effective strategies, consistently learning and refining, and ultimately driving cost-effective patient acquisition.
    • Leverage learnings from paid channels to help refine patient messaging across funnels, Measured’s website, and all patient communications.
    • Develop organic channel strategies to build brand awareness, nurture prospective patients, and create lasting engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Consistently track and report upon KPIs such as CAC, LTV, CVR, and retention. Proactively adjust strategies as needed to optimize key KPIs.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to conduct A/B tests and experiments across funnels, channels, and strategies to continually optimize the marketing mix.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on goals, campaigns, and patient experience.
    • Act as a thought leader in growth marketing, sharing insights and best practices to help shape the strategic direction of Measured’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within telehealth, digital health, or a related consumer-focused industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through both paid and organic channels, with measurable improvements in CAC.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, including experience with major digital ad platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools and experience turning insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
