In the last 8 months, we’ve grown to 7 figures in revenue with 20% monthly growth. We have 500+ customers including Patreon, Replit, and leading AI labs.

We’re cashflow positive and have raised >$5M from leading investors (unannounced round, we will share more on call).

About the role

Juicebox is an AI-powered recruiting platform. We help recruiters identify, assess, and engage the best talent.

Join Juicebox as the first Growth hire. You will accelerate our inbound pipeline, increase conversions, and help define our brand. You will work closely with David (CEO).

We’ve raised >$5M from leading investors (unannounced round, we will share more on call).

The Role

The Growth role is a strong fit for future founders who want to experience hyper-growth at an early stage company. You'll develop a close understanding of our buyer persona and use that to create and scale new growth channels.

  • Pipeline Growth: own initiatives such as setting up programmatic SEO, content, advertising, landing pages, and referral campaigns. You'll be scrappy and hands-on, with a goal of finding channels that work and scaling them aggressively.
  • Improving Conversions: increase free to paid conversions across all plans, driving significant self-serve revenue. That includes our retargeting campaigns, new product features, activation rewards, and email campaigns.
  • Develop our Brand: work with David on finding unique ways to showcase Juicebox’s brand. May involve sponsoring events, partnerships, and collaborating with leading voices in the recruiting industry.

Requirements

  • Growth Hacker: you have a track record of identifying unique and untapped growth opportunities. Former colleagues would describe you as a growth hacker.
  • High Agency: you can independently bring a project from start to finish.
  • Top University: you attended a highly competitive university, either in the US or abroad.
  • High-intensity Work: experience in consulting, banking, startups, or similar.

Nice to have

  • Product-Led-Growth: experience at a top product led growth company with thousands of weekly sign-ups.
  • Recruiting or HR Tech Experience: either by working in the field, or having worked at a company that sells into HR.
  • Early Stage Startup: you’ve worked at an early stage startup, Seed through Series B.
