Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive training programs encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques and brand values
  • Assess and enhance training curriculum to keep pace with industry trends
  • Work closely with advisors and provide guidance in developing effective sales pitch that align with customer needs
  • Monitor sales performance of team and provide constructive feedback to help improve techniques to achieve sales targets
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to beauty advisors
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
  • Utilize data driven insights to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a beauty/skincare/aesthetic advisor with a strong background in sales
  • In-depth knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Strong training skills with experience in developing training regimens
  • Results driven mindset with the ability to set targets and monitor performance
