We manage the entire process: information collection (KYC), payments through any rail (ACH, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, international, and many more to come), and even filing tax forms! Dots lets developers get payouts up and running over just a few hours, rather than the many months this would normally take.

Dots is a startup located in the San Francisco Bay Area that is building a multichannel payouts API for marketplaces. Our API allows marketplaces to offer flexible payout options, including Venmo, Paypal, ACH, and Zelle, to their sellers. As more individuals choose to work as independent contractors, marketplaces need an easy way to support these diverse payout methods, and our API simplifies the process.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Customer Support Representative at Dots. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting any issues or inquiries that arise. This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the flexibility to work remotely. You can work remotely but will need to come into the SF office for two weeks for training.
