**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our hiring efforts for insurance B2B sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for the insurance industry, particularly from leading insurance brokers or insurance companies. You will play a crucial role in identifying top sales talent that aligns with our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for insurance B2B sales roles.
  • Source candidates from top insurance brokers or companies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for insurance B2B sales roles.
  • Prior experience with leading insurance brokers or insurance companies is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
