DianaHR is looking to disrupt the HR space by providing AI-enhanced support to the 1.4 million small and medium businesses within the U.S. that are struggling with their HR and people operations needs. Our goal is to provide these business owners with the expertise to setup and run their payroll, remain in compliance with state governments, maintain HR documentation, and onboard/offboard employees.

This role will begin as a temporary contract position (terms negotiable) with the potential for transition to full-time employment based on performance and company needs. Compensation for this role will fall between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for additional performance bonuses.
This role will report directly to the CEO and you’ll be at the forefront of establishing new relationships with founders (e.g., CEOs, Chief of Staff) in B2B SaaS.
