The Job

As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring the highest quality standards across our business. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. Your focus areas will include day-to-day operational support, product operations, data management, process improvement, team collaboration, reporting, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
