Continue is seeking a Business Operations Lead to build and streamline our operational infrastructure as we push towards stronger product-market fit for our open source and enterprise products. In this role, you will oversee our finance, legal, and people operations to ensure efficiency and support our growth. You will also work closely with the CEO to refine and execute our go-to market.

What you will do

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be ready to do whatever is required to accomplish our mission. However, you can definitely expect to:

• Oversee all financial operations, legal and compliance, and people operations
• Collaborate with the CEO on our go-to market operations and help improve them over time: developer relations, community management, marketing, sales, and customer success
• Design and continuously improve internal workflows for planning, product operations, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Develop lightweight systems that allow for flexibility while ensuring efficiency as Continue grows
