About the role

Continue is seeking a Business Operations Lead to build and streamline our Go-To Market (GTM) operational infrastructure as we push towards stronger product-market fit for our open source and commercial products. In this role, you will be our first GTM hire and work closely with the CEO to refine and execute our strategy and scale our business.

What you will do

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be ready to do whatever is required to accomplish our mission. However, you can definitely expect to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology and business to shape strategic direction and drive tactical execution
  • Optimize existing processes and enablement materials across sales, customer success, and other revenue operations in order to improve the performance of our business
  • Identify key customer growth drivers and uncover opportunities to accelerate our seed, land, and expand product-led, founder-supported sales
  • Prioritize, launch, and scale new initiatives that improve our conversion from Inbound Lead → Qualification → Evaluation → Negotiation → Closing → Retention
