Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, outside-the-box thinker to work on the highest priority outcomes within the business as we rapidly scale customers. You will be responsible for managing the operational resources needed to deliver our offering smoothly, and for communicating learnings to the engineering team. You’ll help jump into different organizations to expedite reaching their KPIs, and help coordinate the efforts of multiple departments within the business.

Ideal Qualifications

3+ years in a high-growth startup environment
Experience as a founder or time on a strategy team
Ability to evaluate between operational, no/low-code, and technical solutions to business problems
Ability to execute with conviction and good judgment with limited guidance; needs minimal direction in an ambiguous context to take action and then adapt quickly
Experience working in highly cross-functional roles
Excellent verbal and written communications
Familiarity with CPG retail
Ability to work from our NY office full-time

Job Responsibilities

Track KPIs of the core platform to ensure successful delivery of deductions analysis and disputing
Coordinate efforts between service, operations, and engineering teams
Constantly identify and test new ways to improve operational capabilities of the business
Analyze the data relevant to any project or focus area; run your own queries, build your own dashboards, build your own Pivot Tables
Translate new disputing strategies to SOPs and product specifications for ops and engineering teams

The remaining $40k is deducted via hundreds of small charges, sent long PDFs with obscure codes that a team has to manually review to ensure the fees are valid.
