About the Role: As our first product operations hire, you will be our labeling ‘czar’ dedicated to driving profit margin, throughput and quality improvements for our labeling platform. As a key bridge between customer success, product, and data science, you will work cross-functionally to solve tactical scaling challenges crucial to sustain our recent rapid growth. Specifically, you will manage the gamification strategies on our labeling platform to extract more value with less work and lead the restructuring and management of our database of credentialed subject matter experts (SMEs).

About You: You’re analytical, results-driven and above all, a leader who gets and inspires results. You’re operations obsessed - you love optimizing processes, leveraging data insights to improve efficiency, and you always meet deadlines. You have experience in complex technical products and knowledge of AI systems/terms and probability concepts.

What You’ll Do:

Product & Operational Management:

• Partner with technical and customer teams to design new, scalable processes and tools and drive their implementation across the organization. 
• Solve some of our most pressing strategic operations challenges, enabling accurate and efficient delivery of results.
• Own and optimize annotation strategy to improve quality and scalability (e.g., optimize incentive schemes, competition formats, and audience segmentation to maximize throughput and cost margins).
• Develop dashboards and tools to support annotation related processes. Track key metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive continuous improvements and data-driven insights.
• Use quantitative experimentation to derive result-oriented actions for labeler retention, experience, and performance.

Consultant Community Management:

• Lead the restructuring and ongoing management of the consultant database, capturing detailed information on project history, performance, and costs.
• Enhance the database’s discoverability and usability to effectively support the Customer Success team.
• Lead the consultant engagement process, including staffing projects and executing contracts with expert consultants.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data science, or related fields, with a strong understanding of AI and data science concepts.
• Experience working on data science projects that deliver impactful business results. Fluency in SQL and basic Python or related tools.
• Experience in navigating C-suite conversations confidently and delivering technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with fewer than 50 employees.
• Background in healthcare and/or artificial intelligence.
