Shimmer, the leading ADHD coaching platform for adults, was launched in 2022 following our co-founder & CEO, Chris’ diagnosis with ADHD. After frustratingly trying to navigate the scarce behavioral options for ADHD, she brought together the top ADHD experts to design an accessible, tech-enabled platform that leverages the expertise of ADHD psychiatrists & science-backed methodologies and is delivered by ADHD coaches. Since then, we’ve held over 31,000 coaching sessions and are widely known as the #1 ADHD Coaching Platform.

Shimmer offers a personalized approach with 1:1 video coaching, tailored productivity tools, and science-informed learning modules. We challenge the deficit-driven status quo & instead are designed to empower individuals to take back control of their life: e.g. managing time effectively, building resilience, enhancing decision-making, and developing sustainable habits.

366M+ adults globally live with ADHD and for too long the narrative has been centred around stigma and deficits. 👊 Who You Are


As the Growth Product Manager / Lead at Shimmer, you play a crucial role in laying the company’s critical foundation & driving the company's growth. You will work cross-functionally, directly with Chris (co-founder & CEO), Vikram (co-founder & CTO), and the growth, care, and product teams. You will be designing & experimenting across the entire member lifecycle, supporting teens & adults with ADHD to live better lives with ADHD.

  • You’ll thrive in this role if you:
    • Are a self-starter who is ready to get your hands dirty to solve big hairy problems
    • Have an experimental mindset and can quickly identify and prioritize growth opportunities and iterate until you see results
    • Excel in cross-functional collaboration and driving processes that require multiple stakeholder alignment
    • Are an effective written & verbal communicator, fluent in working and influencing in a hybrid/remote work environment
    • Are highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance
    • Are looking for a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and impact
    • Are excited to wear multiple hats, as one does in a fast-growing, lean startup
    • Are extremely mission-driven (the whole team is!) & believe that the world needs to be (and will be better off) more neuro-inclusive
  • Job requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience* in B2C healthcare or related field, with a proven track record in scaling products (Flexible on experience—role title / compensation will reflect); alternatively we will consider Management Consulting or other similar roles (pitch yourself!)
    • Experience leading & building out teams and mentoring/coaching others
    • Expertise & relationships in the healthcare (or subclinical/wellness) & B2C spaces
    • Experience working at an early stage startup (ideally both 0 to 1, AND 1 to 100+ experience)
    • Strong user intuition and ability to translate to written product copy and briefs for videos/graphics for rest of team
  • Responsibilities:
    • Rapid experimentation, optimization, A/B testing across the entire member journey (e.g. CRO, landing pages, onboarding, product usage & retention)
    • Set up & run processes to analyze qualitative & quantitative member feedback, conduct user interviews, and other methods to improve usage & retention
    • Lead development and launch of new products, experiences, and verticals
    • Work cross-functionally with growth, care, and product teams to deliver on company goals
