About the role

Firecrawl, the top web data collection tool for AI apps, is growing fast. We need your help to build a brand that developers will appreciate and want to use.

You will spend your time creating content, testing new features, providing customer support, and engaging with our developer community. While supporting and talking to customers, you'll come up with content ideas that will help and resonate with our users.

In this role you will...

- Create high-quality content such as tutorials, guides, and demos to showcase the power of Firecrawl

- Test new features and provide valuable feedback to the development team

- Provide customer support by solving tickets on platforms like GitHub, Pylon, Discord, etc.

- Engage with our community, fostering relationships with developers and users

- Generate content ideas based on customer interactions and needs

- Write original content and help the team maintain a consistent voice and tone

- Increase brand awareness by keeping our social media channels active

- Plan long-term projects like launch weeks or new product announcements

- Be the first to test new features and provide feedback before they are released

You will be a great fit if you...

- Love creating content and helping others learn

- Enjoy testing new features and providing feedback

- Are passionate about engaging with customers and providing exceptional support

- Are active on social media platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or YouTube

- Have a talent for explaining complex technical topics in an accessible way

- Are fluent in writing and speaking English

- Have at least 3 years of software engineering experience

- Have experience with web scraping, crawling, or data extraction tools

- Can consistently work in Americas timezone

- Have used Firecrawl in your own projects

- Are active in developer communities like Discord and Pylon

Interview Process

Thank you for your interest in joining Firecrawl! We value your time and have designed our interview process to be thorough yet respectful of your schedule. Our process consists of 2.5 hours of interviews (either in-person or via video conferencing) and a 2-3 hour take-home challenge.

Round 1 - 15 min interview to talk about your background, personal goals, and how they align with the challenges we face at Firecrawl

Round 2 - 1 hour interview to talk about your technical experience
Round 3 - 2-3 hour Take home challenge to test coding and problem-solving skills
Round 4 - 1 hour Review and culture fit interview

If it all goes well, a job offer with compensation and benefits will be sent immediately.
