About the role
Skills: Python, SQL, Data Analytics

Job Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Product/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, a keen interest in product development, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, understand user behavior, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to influence product development based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate the impact of product changes.
  • Generate insights on customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance.
  • Monitor and report on user engagement, product metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations for product improvements and optimizations based on data.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a product-driven or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation.
  • Knowledge of customer behaviour analytics tools like Zoho Analytics, QuickSight, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Technology

Stack- Node JS, Python, Java, AWS, Mongo, SQL, React Native, Kotlin. Using a Microservices architecture.

  • Looking for folks who are open to the challenge of creating an Edtech platform for agents
  • ML to suggest best products basis consumer profile
  • Microservices architecture to build a seamless product working with multiple 3rd party APIs, Insurance companies, and other service providers
  • Innovative tools to help improve the productivity of agents (Algorithm to identify potential customers, leverage data to suggest cross-selling options).
Interview Process

1 round of assignment and 2 rounds of interview.
