In the last few years, we have seen tremendous changes in the way we work. The pandemic has disrupted the idea of a "traditional office" work environment, and many of us are now working in a "Hybrid office," combining remote work and office time. That's not the only significant shift in the workspace; in fact, not only did work environments change but so did the very nature of people's jobs. Knowledge workers nowadays spend a lot of time juggling various tasks, coming from everywhere - project management tools, email, chat apps, etc.

In a world where the boundaries between private life and work-life are thinner than ever, and the complexity of our jobs is higher than ever, effective planning has become an essential skill to help everyone use their time as efficiently as possible. Weโ€™re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:

  • Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Support roles, ideally within a startup or scale-up, especially in SaaS.
  • Productivity Enthusiast: You love productivity tools and techniques, and youโ€™re excited to help others improve their workflows. ๐Ÿ’ก
  • Great Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and feel comfortable leading webinars and engaging with our community. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • Leader: You have experience managing teams and coordinating daily operations to drive results. ๐Ÿ†

๐Ÿ” What Weโ€™re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Customer Success or Support roles, with SaaS experience highly valued.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English (C2 level or native proficiency), as most clients are based in North America. ๐ŸŒŽ
  • Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical abilities and a solution-oriented approach. ๐Ÿง 
  • Multitasker: Youโ€™re comfortable working autonomously and handling multiple projects at once. ๐ŸŽฏ

  • Location: Live in North or South America, or Europe. ๐ŸŒ
  • Tool Proficiency: Have experience with CRM or customer success tools like Intercom or Zendesk. ๐Ÿ’ป

  • B2C Experience: Youโ€™ve worked in a B2C SaaS company serving thousands of customers. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

In this role, youโ€™ll make a significant impact on our customers' success and satisfaction. As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Support Team: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of 2-3 Customer Support Specialists. ๐Ÿ’ช
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with customers, ensuring they get the most out of Akiflow. ๐Ÿค
  • Host Webinars: Lead engaging webinars to guide users on best practices and new features. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ
  • Manage the Community: Foster a productive and supportive user community where collaboration and learning thrive. ๐ŸŒ
  • Resolve Inquiries: Manage customer support channels (Slack, Intercom), delivering prompt and effective resolutions. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ
  • Monitor Metrics: Track key customer health indicators to address potential issues before they escalate. ๐Ÿ“Š
  • Gather Insights: Collect and share valuable customer feedback with the product team. ๐Ÿ“

We use ReactJS, Node, Typescript, ElectronJS for our frontend stack, and Php, Laravel, PostgreSQL, Docker for our backend component.
