Our team is composed of experts from Meta, Google, and TikTok, and we operate out of our in-person office in Redwood City.

About the role

You will play an important role in our company, focusing on growth, products, marketing, and how to extract value for businesses.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Brand Representation:

• Act as the company’s ambassador at events, webinars, and through social media videos.

• Produce and manage tutorial videos that highlight new features and product updates.

2. Technical Demonstrations:

• Organize and host live demos/webinars, such as agent creation sessions, to showcase product capabilities.

• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and engaging presentations.

3. Strategic Partnerships:

• Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with complementary products and platforms (e.g., Voiceflow).

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to enhance our product ecosystem.

4. Content Creation & SEO:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Write compelling blog posts and other content that engage our target audience and support marketing objectives.

5. Data Analysis & Insights:

• Utilize analytics tools like Mixpanel to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with the product team to align marketing strategies with product development, ensuring maximum value extraction for businesses.

• Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate seamless project execution and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years experience working as a growth role or marketing role.

Technical Skills: have basic technical skill that could use a low-code platform to build agents.

Content Creation: Have the ability to create SEO blogs.

Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies and growth hack solutions.
