Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and support features for our web and backend applications
• Work with the latest large language models (LLMs) from OpenAI
• Adopt or invent tools to help scale our engineering efforts
• Tackle various challenges that arise in an early-stage startup with a can-do attitude
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
• Debug and triage product bugs for our users by understanding the source of the issue and impact on our business
• Collaborate closely with the team to share ideas on how Kraftful can be successful
• Take ownership of projects from concept to production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Contribute to the technical vision and help shape the product direction as part of the core team

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
• 6+ years of experience building production software in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking, and listening
• Fearlessness in taking on new challenges with potentially unclear solutions
• Commitment to delighting customers
• Flexibility in a constantly changing environment
• Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs
