The company is founded by Mark Murphy who formerly worked in RE finance, along with Kunal Chaudhary and Eric Gao, both UC Berkeley EECS alums.

About the role

Banner’s platform helps the country's largest commercial real estate owners (Blackstone, Starwood, Morgan Properties, etc) manage their numerous capital projects. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, driven person to join our sales team to help us expand into new verticals and land new logos.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Map accounts and industries for targeted outreach
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities (7 qualified meetings per month)

Qualifications

  • Strong phone skills with no aversion to calling senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
