About the Role: As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for executing complex annotation projects for our AI clients, using your deep product knowledge to leverage our technology creatively, and ultimately optimize its value. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving client renewals, retention, and expansions, as well as contributing to the growth and scalability of our business.
