We have big complex problems to solve and we need someone highly ambitious to take ownership and build solutions. For this role, we’re looking for someone to own a business problem end-to-end and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering and other teams. 

We’re looking for someone intense and analytical, who can work autonomously.

This role is based in SF and will report to and work closely with all co-founders.

💻 Role:

• Take business big objectives, break them down into constituent parts and execute 
• Own and manage complex cross-functional projects and get them to the finish line
• Comfort breaking down ambiguous problems into tractable, actionable steps personally and for a team
• Confidence in researching and solving ‘green’ problems that are new to your team or organization

📓 Qualifications:

• 1-4 years work experience
• Background in startup biz ops, product management, or other strong signal for analytical rigor & hard work (e.g. big 3 consulting, banking)
• Organized, extremely hard-working, accountable, etc
• Good at spreadsheets; ideally some SQL skills
• Excellent project management skills and track record
• Exposure to engineering product management and workflows preferred
