SiPhox Health is developing a revolutionary home testing platform for biomarkers linked with inflammation, hormones, and metabolic/cardiovascular health. 6 out of 10 Americans have a chronic disease, and our mission is to enable new direct-to-consumer health and wellness paradigms to address this crisis. Our chip-based solution combines biochemistry with state-of-the-art integrated photonics, electronics, and microfluidics. While our chip-based solution is in development, we are already driving a rapidly growing business with our at-home test kit solution.

About the role

SiPhox is searching for an enthusiastic and creative In-House Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in digital trends and social media to help drive significant growth to our at-home blood testing kit business. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on paid platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and other channels. In addition to paid media, the role may evolve to further online marketing areas including executing SEO strategies and managing influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Creation & Management:
    • Develop, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct audience and keyword research for scalable campaigns.
    • Craft engaging ad copy, select impactful visuals, and design effective landing pages to support campaign goals.
  • Targeting & Optimization:
    • Utilize audience segmentation, keyword research, and market analysis to target ads effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
    • Monitor spending and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance within budget constraints.
  • A/B Testing & Analysis:
    • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continually refine strategies.
    • Analyze campaign results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the growth team and VP Business to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Provide weekly performance reports to stakeholders and deliver data driven recommendations on a daily basis to reach Paid marketing objectives and CAC goals
    • Utilize tools like PostHog, Converge, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting software to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Additional responsibilities that the role could develop to:

  • SEO Management:
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the Siphox Health website.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings.
    • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Work with the growth team to identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify SiPhox Health’s reach and credibility.
    • Manage relationships with influencers, coordinate campaigns, and track their impact on brand awareness and lead generation.

Core Competencies and requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in creating and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, content marketing, and other digital marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle numerous projects at once while prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Experience managing digital marketing for consumer services; experience with Health-tech startups is a big plus
  • College degree

Interview Process
