About the role

Role Overview: Strategic Go-To-Market Associate (NYC)

As a Strategic Go-To-Market Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our enterprise segment. This role requires a sharp, strategic mind capable of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our market positioning, product offerings, and customer engagement are optimized for success in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive enterprise go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on key market opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives.

Operational Execution:

  • Lead initiatives that support significant year-over-year revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
  • Engage with key enterprise accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Align go-to-market strategies with broader business objectives and revenue targets.

Pipeline Management:

  • Contribute to the management and optimization of the enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales funnel.
  • Support the implementation of effective forecasting and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roles related to enterprise sales or go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in frontier technology, corporate travel software, or related fields.
  • Background in top-tier consulting, enterprise sales, or tier 1 investment banking.
