We're a post-revenue, seed stage B2B startup with ARR growing double digits every month.

We're a small engineering team of 7 ambitious engineers looking for a head of engineering to help us scale our product and manage our product team in-person. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services.

Skills & experience we're looking for:

• Production experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 11 years of production full-time experience as a software engineer.
• Managed or lead an engineering team.

Bonus if:

• Production experience with Ruby on Rails.
• You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API).
• You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done.
• You've directly worked with a founder before.
