Role Description

We're seeking a fully remote Senior Software Engineer with a passion for React and TypeScript, ready to make a significant impact at our fast-growing company. This role involves working closely with our product and engineering teams to develop both the front-end and back-end of our platform. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, implementing scalable software solutions that drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate will thrive in our collaborative environment, bringing innovative ideas and a problem-solving mindset to our diverse and dynamic team. You will work directly with our engineering leadership to develop and refine our platform, contributing directly to the success and growth of SPRX.

Responsibilities:

•       Design, develop, and maintain our APIs

•       Design, develop, and maintain our React front-end

•       See through a project from conception to finished product.

•       Meet technical needs and adapt to customer requests.

•       Stay abreast of developments in the technology sector

 

Job Qualifications:

•       Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.

•       Experience with popular React.js libraries like RTK-Query and tailwind

•       Experience with RESTful APIs.

•       Experience with Typescript

•       Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

•       Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM.

•       A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

•       Experience with Git

•       Experience with Test Driven Development

•       Experience with AWS services

•       Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field

 

The Non-Negotiables:

•       A passion for technology and innovation.

•       The ability to work unsupervised

•       A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality.

 

Bonus Points Awarded For:

•       Experience with serverless architecture and frameworks (preferably SST)

•       Interest or experience in LLMs and RAG.
