With 3x growth YOY and sales consistently exceeding expectations, we’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. Prelim has achieved remarkable success with our clients, and we need a dedicated professional to ensure our software's quality and reliability. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that meet our clients’ needs.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for leading new projects and completing projects on time and within budget. You will play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.

Who you'll work with

You’ll collaborate directly with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, working alongside teammates who are passionate about customer satisfaction and innovation in banking. In this role you'll

• Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
• Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements

The skillset you bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Strong desire to work hard and passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
• Bonus: PMP Certification
