We are seeking a passionate Developer Success Engineer to elevate our developer experience. You will empower developers to leverage our SDK effectively, and play a key role in shaping the future of our product.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Worked as a full time web developer for atleast 2 years
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React and familiarity with MDX and GitHub
• Experience in creating developer documentation and tutorials
• Background in support engineering with full-stack experience
• Ability to debug complex software issues
• Passion for developer experience and technical education
• Experience with developer communities and open-source ecosystems

What you will do

• Respond to and resolve customer’s technical support requests
• Analyze customer needs and identify patterns. Convert these into feature requests and bug reports
• Maintain our documentation to address common questions and showcase new features
• Create examples and demos to showcase product capabilities
