Play.ai (fka PlayHT) is at the forefront of generative voice and conversational LLMs. With our Speech Synthesis and Voice Cloning models, we are building SOTA conversational AI products.

We are building a platform and infrastructure for Conversational AI Voice Agents so that every business, developer, or tinkerer can easily build talking human-like AI agents and use them to serve their customers; this will unlock massive value for the world and a lot of happiness for people using these delightful agents.

We joined YC last year in the YC W23 batch. Since then, we have raised $20m in seed funding and seen significant growth in users and revenue (20x the last two years).

Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven recent graduates who are passionate about voice AI and the rapidly evolving landscape of large language models (LLMs). This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Sentiment Monitoring: Actively monitor social platforms like Discord and Reddit to gather insights on market sentiment and emerging trends in the voice AI space.
• AI Agent Creation: Utilize Play.ai to create new AI agents that enhance our product offerings and engage our user community.
• Content Creation: Produce and share engaging marketing content across various social media platforms to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Stay on the Pulse of Culture: Identifying trending content/creators for us to partner with that represent viral growth opportunities. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Community Engagement: Build and grow Play's community into a core product offering; enabling the community to engage with one another.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior work experience is required, but previous marketing or social media internships are a plus.
• Education: A Senior or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Social Media Skills: Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially Discord and Reddit, with a keen understanding of how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
• Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in voice AI and the broader technology landscape, with a desire to learn and contribute to a pioneering company.
• Iterating Machine: You want to see what works. You invent, ship, measure it, report back, try again.
