Bree is a financial technology company creating best-in-class lending products for consumers and businesses.

Currently, our consumer business serves everyday Canadians overlooked or underserved by legacy financial institutions.   • Become the best consumer lending company in the world. How will we do this? We are building a highly profitable Swiss Army Knife of consumer fintech products which acquires customers via lending products—enabled by building at the leading edge of lending technology.
  • Provide legacy lenders, fintech startups and embedded lenders with state-of-the-art lending orchestration software—the same tools that have been battle-tested on our platform. We are building differentiated software by eating our own cooking.

Job Description:

We are looking for a marketing leader who will be responsible for leading and executing growth strategies across various channels for us. This person will work closely with our current team member handling Facebook and Google ad buying, leading all our efforts in creative development and constantly think about new channels to drive customer acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus relentlessly on scaling to 100K monthly active users
  • Own all things marketing end to end in collaboration with the founding team
  • Lead the creative direction for all content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
  • Identify and explore additional channels for growth, experimenting with new strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop and manage our referral program to maximize its effectiveness and encourage word-of-mouth and viral growth
  • Manage 6-figure monthly program spend growing in the double digits month-over-month
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve growth strategies
